Management seminar at St Josephs College

CHENNAI: The first National Seminar on Contemporary Issues  in Management was organized by the department of Management Studies on April 12, 2012. The MBA Department of St Joseph’s College of Engineering conducted the programme. The chief guests for the event were Dr Radhaganesh Kumar, associate professor, Valliammai Engineering College and Michael Mariyadas, Assistant Professor, Saveetha Engineering College. Students as well as professors from various universties and colleges participated and papers were presented on varied topics.The seminar was convened by Wee Kingsly, Head of the Department of Management Studies in St Joseph’s College of Engineering.Neelaamchandan from Saveetha Engineering College won the award for the best paper for ‘Passenger Relationship’, Winston Viju and Chinna Thambi from St John Arts and Science College won for the paper  ‘Retention through Performance Management’ and Grace Thangam T from St Joseph’s College of Engineering won for the paper, ‘Contemporary Issues in it’.
