32. Masturi is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Chhattisgarh and is part of Bilaspur Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Masturi falls in Bilaspur district and North region of Chhattisgarh. It is categorised as a rural seat.
There are a total of 2,70,582 voters in the seat, which includes 1,38,177 male voters, and 1,32,369 female voters. In the 2018 Chhattisgarh elections, Masturi recorded a voter turnout of 69.08%. In 2013 the turnout was 74.77%, and in 2008 it was 66.89%.
In 2013, Dilip Lahariya of INC won the seat by a margin of 24,146 votes (13.47%). Dilip Lahariya secured 48.24% of the total votes polled.
