No Indian injured in Bangkok blast, says India's envoy to Thailand

Bangkok: A powerful bomb exploded outside a Hindu temple in the Thai capital in Bangkok on Monday, killing at least 15 people. But, according to reports no Indian has been injured in the blast.

India's envoy to Thailand said there is no news of Indian casualties in the attack.

The bomb exploded at 7 pm (5:30 IST) outside Erawan Shrine in the downtown Chidlom district, police said. There was a huge amount of chaos, with body parts scattered everywhere, media reports said.
