Pak violates ceasefire, fires at Indian posts
Indian security officials say that rocket propelled grenades and small arms are being fired at the Indian posts.

Jammu: Pakistani security forces allegedly violated the ceasefire at the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday afternoon and fired at three Indian posts. Heavy Firing from the Pakistani side started in Poonch district of the state at 3:30 PM. Firing has been reported from Krant, Kirpa and Ravi posts.

Indian security officials say that rocket propelled grenades and small arms are being fired at the Indian posts.

On Monday too Pakistani forces had violate the ceasefire agreement and opened firing at Indian posts in Krishna Ghati of Poonch in which one Indian Army soldier was killedof Jammu and Kashmir's Poonch district on Sunday evening, sources said.

However, in Monday incident there was no retaliation from the Indian side.

Incidents of infiltration by terrorists from across the border and LoC generally increase just before the winter season. Firing for the Pakistani side also helps terror groups to infiltrate into India.
