BANGALORE: Karnataka High Court on Friday adjourned Lokayukta’s petition that has sought the court’s nod to resume proceedings against Katta Jagadish and others.The HC had granted stay on the proceedings against Jagadish. Lokayukta’s petition seeks that the stay be vacated and the proceedings resume. The HC on Friday adjourned further hearing of Lokayukta’s petition to June 21.Jagadish’s advocates requested the court to quash the FIR filed against him as no offences under Prevention of Corruption Act were made out in the FIR.
