Poultry farmers plan stir

PERINTHALMANNA: The Kerala Poultry Farmers Association (KPFA) will stage a dharna in front of the Malappuram Collectorate raising various demands. They are protesting against the decision to impose more taxes on their business and neglect of their proposals in the budget.The association will conduct a sit-in at the Valayar check post next month as part of the protest. They are also planning a Secretariat march.
