BANGALORE: The International peace Ambassador and founder of Minhaj-ul-Quran, a cultural exchange forum in over 90 countries, Dr Tahir-Ul-Qadri delivered his peace message on Saturday. The programme was organised by the Karnataka branch of the Minhaj-ul-Quran.Speaking at the gathering he said, “One should pick the good stuff from all religions, and all religions preach peace. A false propagation is spread against Islam these days about forceful conversion, but that is not true. In the holy book it is said that no person shall be compelled to take up Islam.”Further speaking about terror being bracketed with Islam he said, “Terror is terror, a criminal is a criminal, these elements have no religion, no emotions, no human values and Islam condemns such acts.”He also appealed to neighbouring countries like India and Bangladesh along with Pakistan to allocate highest budget for the education sector.
