Resurvey for road work postponed

TRIPUNITHURA: The resurvey process in connection with the development of  Vytila-Petta road linking  Ernakulam with Tripunithura has started here on Wednesday. However, demanding correction of the irregularities in the Vytila- Petta Road acquisition and early declaration of the rehabilitation package, the Vytila Petta Road Action Committee, headed by Chairman K K Sivan and Convener V P Chandran, has prevented the officials from completing the resurvey. In the wake of the protest, the officials postponed the resurvey process.
