Sadhvi Pragya Singh Thakur along with 26 policemen will be in Ujjain on Wednesday for the Simhastha Kumbh mela.
She ended her fast unto death after police agreed to her pilgrimage as per Dewas court's directive.
Charges against her in the 2008 Malegaon blast case were recently dropped by National Investigation Agency (NIA).
Pragya, who wanted to take a dip in Shipra river and had secured an order from the, started the protest on Monday in Pandit Khushilal Sharma Ayurvedic Hospital.
She had also written a letter to the Madhya Pradesh government in this regard.
The NIA had on Friday dropped all charges against Pragya and five others in the Malegaon blast case while charges under the stringent MCOCA law were given up against all the other 10 accused, including Lt Col Prasad Shrikant Purohit.
Seven people were killed in the blast in Malegaon when they were coming out after prayers during Ramzan on September 29, 2008.
