Both devices run Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean) experience combined with Touchwiz interface. These device have a 3-inch QVGA TFT LCD and 2 megapixel rear-facing camera, and come packed with a 1,200 mAh battery. Both phone shave 512MB RAM.
