SC bars lawyer held guilty of sexual harassment from its premises

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Tuesday barred an advocate from entering its premises after he was held guilty of sexual harassment.

Advocate CS Nagesh was barred from entering the court premises for a period of six months.

As per the new rape law of India, sexual harassment can attract "rigorous imprisonment up to five years, or with fine, or with both".
