Second round of CENTAC counselling September 6

PUDUCHERRY: The second round of counselling for CENTAC is scheduled to begin from September 6 for Biology based courses as well as Engineering courses. September 6 and 7 will be taken up  for biology based courses. Counselling from September 8 to 11 will be for Engineering courses.A total of 54 MBBS seats are available in various medical college including two seats in Government medical college at Kadirkamam. In Ayurveda Medical College 17 seats, Veterinary College 14 seats, Dental College seven seats, while another 51 seats in self financing dental colleges. A total of 20 seats are available in Physiotherapy, 133 in B Sc Nursing, nine in B Sc (MLT) and Six under B Pharm.In Engineering, a total of 645 seats are available , which could change after the counselling gets over for Biology based courses. As of now nine seats are vacant in Pondicherry Engineering College and 18 seats in Perunthaliavar Kamarajar Institute of Technology.
