Setty bail plea hearing adjourned

BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Friday adjourned the anticipatory bail petition filed by former minister Krishnaiah Setty in private complaint number 2.Earlier on November 18, Justice H Billappa had directed the Lokayukta police to filed objections to the anticipatory bail plea for Krishnaiah Setty. As Justice Billappa was sitting in a division bench in the afternoon session on Friday, he could not take up the case, and adjourned hearing in the case till December 5.Setty is an accused in the private complaint filed by advocate Sirajin Basha before Lokayukta court relating to land denotification.
