Besides, it also states that fees prescribed by the university, other statutory bodies (like exam fees and registration fees) and caution deposit shall be paid in addition by the students in actual from time to time.The prospectus of the Kerala Christian Professional College Managements’ Federation cites fees higher than that prescribed by the fee regulatory committee for admission to MD, MS or PG diploma courses and states that fees once paid will not be refunded. Gokulam College administrator Dharmapal said, “The fee regulatory committee’s fee is applicable for government quota seats.
