CHENNAI: The six minister-designates of the Cabinet headed by Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa will be sworn in at a function at Raj Bhavan here on Sunday. Governor K Rosaiah will administer the oath of office and secrecy at 3 p.m., a Raj Bhavan release said.The Chief Minister dropped six Ministers from her Cabinet and inducted six new faces - S Damodaran, R Kamaraj, S Sundraraj, V Moorthy, K Rajenthra Bhalaji and M Paranjothi, who was recently elected to the Assembly in the bye-election to Tiruchirapalli West.The ministers dropped were - C Shamugavelu, R B Udhyakumar, S P Shanmuganathan, N R Sivapathi, G Senthamizhan and Budhichandiran.This is the third time since May when she assumed power that Jayalalithaa has reshuffled her Cabinet. In June, she dropped Law Minister Isakki Subbaiah and his portfolio was handed over to Senthamizhan. She then inducted Chendur Pandiyan as Rural Industries Minister and Mohammed John as a replacement to Mariam Pitchai, who died in a road mishap.
