CHENNAI: One more criminal complaint was lodged with police against Sun Pictures Chief Operating Officer Hansraj Saxena as a court remanded him to judicial custody on expiry of two-days police custody in a cheating case.Salem-based Shanmugavelu of Murugan Films filed the complaint with K K Nagar Police here alleging that Saxena owed Rs 42 lakh to him and was intimidating him when he demanded its return, police said.Saxena was arrested on Sunday following a complaint filed by film distributor T S Selvaraj that he had not paid Rs 83 lakh that was due to him and intimated him.A metropolitan court here had on Tuesday remanded Saxena to two-days police custody but rejected his plea for allowing the presence of his lawyer during interrogation.At the end of the two-days custodial interrogation, Saxena was produced in the court which remanded him to judicial custody this evening.
