Two people were killed and three injured in a robbery in Aravalli Express, which was going from Bandra to Jaipur on Friday.
New Delhi: Two people have been killed and three injured in a robbery in Aravalli express, which was going from Bandra to Jaipur on Friday night.
The robbery took place at Atul, a place near Valsad in Gujarat.
The two people who were killed have been identified as Shafiq Tinjara from Ajmer and Naresh Jani from Mumbai. They were traveling in the general bogie of the train.
Two of the injured who were shot have been identified as Feroz Khan Hafiz from Bandra , Mumbai and Salim Sultan from Ajmer in Rajasthan. They have both been shifted to Surat civil hospital from valsad.
The robbers got down at Valsad after pulling the chain. The train remained there for over an hour.
