Veteran Producer Pundarikakshaiah is dead

HYDERABAD: Veteran film producer and actor Atluri Pundarikakshaiah died at Chennai on Thursday after a brief illness.He was 87.Pundarikakshaiah was born at Gudivada in Krishna district.He made his debut as a supporting actor in the film, Palletooru, and produced blockbusters like Aradhana, Sri Krishnavataram and Mahamantri Timmarusu with NT Rama Rao.He produced and acted in Vijayashanti’s Kartavyam.His portrayal as a villain in the won him accolades.TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu and veteran actor Chiranjeevi mourned the veteran film producer
