What led to Chhota Rajan's arrest

Most wanted gangster after Dawood Ibrahim, Chhota Rajan was arrested on Monday in Bali in Indonesia.

Here is what ensued to Rajan's arrest:

On Saturday afternoon, Rajan spoke to one of his close associate whose phone was being tapped by Indian Intelligence Agencies.

During the conversation, Rajan reportedly said that he did not feel safe in Australia and that he plans to move out soon.

CBI, Crime Intelligence Unit of Mumbai Crime Branch, Australia Police and Indonesia police were coordinating.

Government sources say Australian authorities had already alerted their Indian counterparts when Rajan had applied for a visa extension in Australia
