YSRC expects sympathy wave for Jagan

HYDERABAD: Though the High Court’s direction for a full-fledged probe into his assets came as blow to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy, he wants to turn the adversity to a political gain.“In the short term, there might be some problem to our leader. But the direction for CBI probe will do him good. A sympathy wave is building up and we will exploit it,” a prominent leader of YSR Congress says.But the Congress camp is jubilant over the HC order. It believe that it can defame Jagan Mohan Reddy to such an extent that it will be difficult for him to wash the stains off for a very long time to come. PCC president B Satyanarayana is understood to have told his colleagues that there might be some damage to the Congress as well since four or five ministers had worked hand-in-glove with YSR to help Jagan Mohan Reddy reap benefits from his father’s decisions.YSR Congress leaders admit that CBI investigation will create some kind of discomfiture as he may have to furnish evidence in support of his claims that he is innocent and will always be available for CBI’s grilling.  As for the Kadapa MP, he is expected to go full blast at the government during his upcoming Odarpu Yatra of Krishna district from August 15 for trying to tarnish the image of his father who had brought the Congress twice to power in the state.
