K-drama lovers are in for a treat. The much-anticipated web series Queen Of Tears, featuring Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won will be marking its premiere on tvN on March 9. Ahead of the release, the makers of Queen Of Tears are making sure that the excitement surrounding the show does not fizzle out. So, taking fans by a sweet surprise, the official Instagram account of tvN dropped a string of pictures of Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won in wedding attire. The two stars were dressed up according to the requirements of their characters. The new stills have rightfully generated buzz among the audience.

Kim Soo-hyun will slip into the shoes of the legal director of the conglomerate Queens Group, Baek Hyeon-woo. As for Kim Ji-won, the actress will play the role of Baek Hyeon-woo’s wife Hong Hae-in. She is also the chaebol heiress, regarded as the “queen" of the company’s department stores. According to Soompi, the wedding pictorial shows these two characters from completely different worlds, falling in love and ultimately tying the knot. Reports further suggest that it was Hong Hae-in who proposed Baek Hyeon-woo for marriage.

The photographs capture Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won sharing a blissful moment. Kim Ji-won looked like a beautiful bride in a sheer white wedding dress with a veil attached to her head.
