It is expected! A child to look a bit/totally like his/her parents. But there are moments, when the resemblance is so striking that you have to look twice. So when we spot stars with their offspring, it is tough to ignore their uncanny similarities. Going by his recent photos, Aarav too is the mini-me version of his dad Akshay Kumar.
The father-son duo were recently spotted together at Twinkle Khanna’s book launch in Mumbai. Twinkle’s second book, The Legend of Lakshmi Prasad, was launched after the massively popular Mrs Funnybones that hit shelves in 2015.
The event saw the presence of several popular names from the industry including Ranbir Kapoor, Shabana Azmi and Alia Bhatt. It grabbed everyone’s attention, courtesy witty banters between Twinkle and Karan.
The evening also featured reading of excerpts from short stories authored by Twinkle.
Aarav was born to Akshay and Twinkle Khanna on September 15, 2002. Aarav, the eldest son, also has a younger sister Nitara. She was born in 2012.
Akshay Kumar is currently busy shooting for Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. The film also features Dum Laga Ke Haisha actor Bhumi Pednekar.
