Later, the director announced that he had decided to remove Vasan from the characters due to some commute issues. The lead role in Manjal Veeran is set to be played by Cool Suresh. This is set to be the actor’s first work in a lead role. Chellam earlier revealed that around 35 percent of the film’s shooting, which doesn’t involve the lead actor, has been completed. Now, after Suresh is confirmed as the lead actor, the shooting is set to resume soon. The video featuring the actor has gone viral, creating a massive buzz among his fans. Speaking about his new venture, Cool Suresh said in an interview, “Greetings to everyone! The pooja for the film in which I am set to play the role of hero took place today. A few weeks back, while talking to the media, Chellam said, “I wanted TTF Vasan to travel with me. But the schedule didn’t work out. Presently, the auditions are underway for a new hero. We are planning to announce the name on October 15. Though not in the film, the relationship with the popular YouTuber will remain the same”.
