Ever since starring in Zoya Akhtar’s 2015 film Dil Dhadakne Do together, Priyanka Chopra and Anushka Sharma continue to remain friends. In proof of their warm relationship, Priyanka recently added a picture to her Instagram stories, flaunting a gift that she received from Anushka a while back.
The image captured Priyanka Chopra posing for a mirror selfie in a black T-shirt adorned with Chacha Chaudhry animated print all over it. Pairing the same with black joggers, she sealed the look with a half ponytail. In her caption, she penned, “Still love my chacha chaudhry_T-shirt. thx Anushka Sharma.”
Hours ago, Priyanka Chopra dropped a picture of the script of her upcoming project Citadel S2. Along with the same, she wrote, “It’s on! Citadel S2 the Russo brothers.”
In a subsequent post, she is seen sitting inside a car with a cup of coffee in her hand. Perfectly describing the scene, she wrote, “That espresso life.”
Tuesday also saw Priyanka Chopra recalling her memories from the Miss World event. Why? She attended her husband Nick Jonas’ concert at the same arena where she was crowned Miss World 24 years back. Along with a bunch of pictures featuring her with her husband Nick Jonas and daughter Malti Marie, she wrote, “A memory I will never forget from November 30th 2000 is the feeling of balancing on pencil heels with a gorgeous Hemant Trivedi dress that was falling off the entire evening because my body tape would not stay on, as I was sweating so much from nerves.”
“Hence if you google the pictures, after I win, I look like I’m doing a namaste in gratitude but I’m actually desperately trying to keep my dress up. clearly I survived and it was all well at the end,” added PeeCee as she continued to narrate the interesting story.
In terms of work, Priyanka Chopra will be next seen in the American action-comedy Heads of State. Co-starring Idris Elba and John Cena, it has been directed by Ilya Naishuller. The actress will also be a part of an upcoming American action drama film The Bluff, portraying a female pirate. The Frank E. Flowers directorial is set in the Caribbean during the 19th century.
