Since the start of the 11th season of Bigg Boss Kannada, the show has been making records in viewership, the contestants promising a good dose of drama in the house. The latest promo clip of the reality show captures the contestants engaging in a captaincy task, with someone unexpectedly emerging as the winner.
According to the promotional video, which was shared on the official Instagram page of Colors Kannada, the contestants are seen lined up in front of number poles, seemingly to select the house captain. The contestants seem to have chosen the wild card, singer Hanumantha Lamani as the new captain of the house, who is not happy with the decision.
The video shows Hanumantha questioning the housemates over the decision while being visibly stressed by the result. The singer is in a state of utter shock at the decision of the contestants. Furthermore, they then seem to express their anger over the singer’s unexpected reaction to their decision.
Upon being made the house captain, Hanumantha walked over to the garden and sat on the grass, with his hands in his head, the clip showed. Around him, the house erupts in a fight, prompting the singer to rethink his choice of coming to the show. He is recorded saying “Cancel captaincy cancel,” in front of the camera.
The promo clip has amassed over 194,000 likes and more than 4 million views on the platform, in just a few hours. It is shared with the caption, “The position given to Hanumantha; Dissatisfied!” Netizens react to the video in the comment section below. The first user wrote, “Those who support Hanumantha, please like.” The second user shared, “All the foxes have sprouted after the lion went away,” indicating Lawyer Jagadish’s absence. And a third user wrote, “Innocent Hanumantha.”
