Daniel Radcliffe Is 'Excited' About Harry Potter Series
Warner Bros. Discovery is gearing up to bring a reboot series, based on JK Rowling's Harry Potter books.

Warner Bros. Discovery has left Potterheads excited ever since they announced a new era for Harry Potter fans. According to the company, a TV series based on J.K. Rowling’s seven books on the boy wizard will be created. While this has left fans anticipating how the series would unfold, more curiosity revolves around the lead actors who would take on the iconic roles of Harry, Ronald and Hermoine. Warner Bros. has confirmed that they will be casting new actors; however, suspense still lurks around about whether the OG actors will have any part.

With that said, Daniel Radcliffe, known for portraying Harry Potter in the celebrated film franchise, recently expressed his excitement for the TV series being developed at Max. Speaking to E! News at the Drama League Awards, the actor seems to have stopped short of revealing if he would make a cameo.

Upon being asked for his reaction to the TV reboot, Radcliffe said, “Like the rest of the world, I am also very excited to watch as an audience member.” Further, when asked if he would have a cameo, the actor added, “I don’t think so. I think they very wisely want a clean break. And I don’t know if it would work to have us do anything in it.”

Daniel, being pressed about his response if Max approached him to return to Hogwarts, explained that he would be a “politician and not deal in hypotheticals.”

This is not the first time when the actor has spoken about his potential cameo in the TV series. Earlier in an interview with ComicBook.com, Daniel Radcliffe explained that the makers are trying to start fresh and would probably not want to figure out how to get the old Harry back somewhere.
