Darshan’s Unaccountable Money To Be Tracked By IT Dept: Report
According to the reports, IT officials issued a notice to actor Darshan for interrogation while he was in Ballari Jail.

Actor Darshan is currently in prison for the Renukaswamy murder case. The Bengaluru court has increased the judicial custody of Darshan, along with his friend, actress Pavithra Gowda and 15 others accused, until September 30. They joined through a video conference from different prisons. The actor is now being interrogated by Income Tax officials regarding the unaccountable money in his account and at home. The IT department has requested the court to trace the source of money for seizure. The seized money is also requested to be given to the Income Tax department.

According to the reports, IT officials issued a notice to actor Darshan for interrogation while he was in Ballari Jail. They met Darshan in the afternoon and recorded the statement about the source of the money used for the income. It is said that the IT officials requested in the court that permission to trace the source of the money and the seized money should be given to them. The Kamakshipalya Palya Police has reportedly submitted no objection to this request.

Today, the court will order the IT department about the seized money and investigation. It is said that a deal was made of Rs 30 lakh through the accused Pradosh. It is said that the police had interrogated Deputy Mayor Mohan Raj and the Devil film Director, Prakash, regarding the money transaction.

As per the reports, said that Rs 40 lakh was given by some producers which was found in the actor Darshan’s house. The actor has recorded a statement in this regard. The IT department has filed a request seeking permission to trace the source of the money for unaccounted Rs 84 lakh. It is learned that the 57th CCH Court will issue an order on the IT application today.

Police had also found that two of the arrested suspects — Nikhil Nayak and Keshavamurthy — were paid Rs 5 lakh each to be the fall guys soon after the crime, while promises of payment were made to Karthik and Raghavendra. The four had initially surrendered before the police claiming responsibility for Renukswamy’s murder.
