Prabhas left Deepika Padukone blushing after he proudly boasted about her international gigs. Prabhas and Deepika will be seen in Kalki 2898 AD this weekend. Ahead of the release, the production house released a video in which Prabhas and Deepika joined Amitabh Bachchan, Kamal Haasan and the producers to talk about the film. During the chat, Deepika was asked about her experience of starring in her first Telugu film. Before she could answer, Prabhas jumped in and lauded her achievements.
Amitabh asked Deepika, “Deepika, you have done so many films and I would say that you are a modern age artist.” Kamal chipped in, “Not only that, in the West…”, pointing out her projects in Hollywood. Prabhas joined in and said, “Bigget international ads, I think no one ever did it.” Prabhas appeared to be teasing while boasting about her achievements, leaving Deepika blushing. She held his hand and said, “Keep quiet,” followed by a laugh.
The moment has caught the fandom’s attention, with everyone lauding their bond. Watch the video below:

In the chat, Deepika lauded the director, Nag Ashwin, the technology used for the visuals and the filmmaker’s vision.
Meanwhile, Deepika’s bond with Prabhas was also seen at the recent press conference. In videos from the press conference, Prabhas was seen taking extra care of Deepika. In one of the videos, as Deepika was getting off stage after her introduction, Prabhas rushed to help her by holding her hand. In another, Deepika confessed Prabhas ensured the cast and crew was well fed.
Previously, Deepika talked about being a part of the film when she told Film Companion, “I have to say I’m nervous because when the camera rolls it will feel like a familiar territory but I have not worked with Prabhas before. I have not worked with Nag Ashwin before. I’ll also have to do this in a different language apart from doing it in Hindi so there’s all of these things, plus it’s such a VFX heavy film. Even just the character and the world, all of it is so new for me. But I’m also excited.”
Kalki 2898 AD will hit theatres on June 27, 2024.
