Hardik Pandya and Natasa Stankovic have been grabbing headlines for divorce rumours. The couple got engaged in January 2020, and subsequently, married in an intimate ceremony in May during the Covid lockdown. The duo also welcomed son, Agastya, on July 30 the same year. Interestingly, Hardik met Natasa’s parents for the first time, two years after tying the knot and having a baby with her.
Hardik had also posted a video on his Instagram account that showed him meeting Natasa’s family for the first time in person. He was seen hugging his mother-in-law Rada and father-in-law Goksi. Natasa’s mom was heard saying that she knew Hardik would come to meet her.
“I knew that he would come," she said while hugging her son-in-law. Hardik then went to his father-in-law Goksi, who put on a shirt when he spotted the cricketer. “They forced me," said Goksi when Hardik jokingly asked him about putting on a shirt.
Hardik captioned the video: “From video and phone calls to finally meeting in person, wonderful to meet Nats’ (and now my) family for the first time. Grateful for moments like these #Throwback."
Hardik and Natasa sparked divorce rumours after the latter dropped her full name on Instagram and also allegedly pulled down a few photos with him. Neither Natasa nor Hardik has commented on the unverified reports around their divorce.
Hardik and Natasa got married twice. While they had an intimate ceremony in 2020, they renewed their vows in a grand ceremony in February 2023. As part of the celebrations, Natasa and Hardik released a wedding video in which they spoke about their love story. In the video, Hardik also revealed that Natasa taught him several things, including how to be patient.
“The way she gave me warmth, I started getting more solutions because she taught me how to find solutions. That learning in my love life taught me to achieve more and more in life. I also got more patient because it takes a lot of patience to live with Natasa," Hardik said.
