2018 has been the year of weddings in Bollywood when popular names like Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Priyanka Chopra tied the knot. Taking a cue from the same, at a recent award function Vicky Kaushal teasingly proposed marriage to Katrina Kaif.
During the event, Vicky and Katrina were present on the stage for some award when the Manmarziyaan actor asked Katrina, why doesn't she find a nice boy like Vicky Kaushal and get married to him? "The season of weddings is on, so I thought, you too would want to do the same and so I thought I ought to ask you," said Vicky.
The actor sang and danced on Salman Khan- Akshay Kumar's song Mujhse Shaadi Karogi, while Katrina was a sport as she took the joke wholeheartedly and blushingly replied I don’t have the courage.
In the meantime, all focus was on Salman, who sat there among the audience and pretended that he did not see the gimmick. In a hilarious response, the actor slept on his sister Arpita Khan Sharma's shoulder. Hearing Katrina's response he woke up all surprised and amused.

On the work front, Salman and Katrina will be seen together in their upcoming film Bharat. The film is an official adaptation of the South Korean film Ode To My Father that depicted modern Korean history from the 1950s to the present day through the life of an ordinary man and events such as the Hungnam Evacuation during the 1950 Korean War.
On the hand, Vicky Kaushal will next be seen in Uri, a film based on the Indian Army’s surgical strikes to get even the attack on the Uri army base in Jammu and Kashmir.
