Recognise This Actor Duo From Their Childhood Pics; Hint: They Are Half-brothers

Actors Naga Chaitanya and Akhil Akkineni are a significant part of the film fraternity. Naga Chaitanya is the son of Nagarjuna and his first wife Lakshmi Daggubati. He has a half-brother, Akhil Akkineni, from his father’s side. Naga Chaitanya also shares family ties with his first cousins, Rana Daggubati, Sumanth, and Sushanth.

Recently, their childhood pictures have gone viral on the internet. In the photos, the duo is seen posing together. In one of the viral pictures, the actors were seen twinning in blue as they smiled at the lens. While in another pic, both of them were spotted sitting together affectionately.

It is not the first time the duo often set the internet on fire. One of the photos featuring the duo with their father gained attention on the internet yet again. The picture seems to be from Nagarjuna’s birthday celebration last year.

A few days back, Naga Chaitanya was spotted at the airport. He was clicked alongside Nagarjuna Akkineni along with his wife Amala. The trio posed for the camera. Dressed in an all-black outfit, they were prepared to attend Akhil’s birthday party.

Actor Akhil Akkineni turned 30 on April 8. He hosted a special party for his family and close friends. The party was reported to be held in Abu Dhabi with renowned personalities joining the bash.

On the career front, Naga Chaitanya is best known for films including Manam, Laal Singh Chaddha, 100% Love and Ye Maaya Chesave. The actor was last seen in the film Custody. Now, he is all set to star in films such as Thandel and an untitled film with Shiva Nirvana. Some of his other films include Love Story, Thank You, Venky Mama, Sailaja Reddy Alludu, Yuddham Sharanam, Rarandoi Veduka Chudham, and Mahanati.

Meanwhile, Akhil Akkineni became a known face in films like Hello, Akhil, and Agent. The actor has a few films in the pipeline including Dheera, an untitled project with Karthik Dandu and another untitled movie with Mohan Raja. Akhil made his acting debut with the 1995 film Sisindri. His last film Agent unfortunately bombed at the box office.
