Tahira Kashyap Wishes ‘Favourite Person’ Ayushmann Khurrana On 40th Birthday
Ayushmann Khurrana will be next seen sharing the screen space with Sara Ali Khan in an upcoming untitled comedy-action film.

Ayushmann Khurrana celebrates his 40th birthday today. To make his day extra special, his wife Tahira Kashyap took to social media and penned down an adorable wish for her loving husband. Sharing a couple of romantic pictures with the Dream Girl actor, she called Ayushmann her ‘favourite person’ and expressed how blessed she feels. The first image is a glimpse of the actor’s late-night birthday celebrations in which the lovebirds are seen hugging each other. The second post is a throwback photo from 2008 depicting both of them wearing glasses, flaunting their cute smiles and the Article 15 actor kissing his wife on her cheeks. The picture was clicked at their first home in Mumbai.

The post was accompanied by an adorable note that read, “About last night and many nights before and many to come! May our love, companionship and respect for each other keep growing. Happy birthday my favourite person, birthday aapka hug aur paari I am getting! So blessed. Little about the second picture -2008, our first home in Mumbai.”

As soon as the post was shared on Instagram, the comment section was flooded with reactions from fans and celebs. Ayushmann, touched by his wife’s message, dropped a teary-eyed and a red heart emoticon.

Singer Neeti Mohan commented, “Happy Birthday. Stay blessed.” TV actor Nakuul Mehta wrote, “Happy birthday AK.”

Tahira Kashyap and Ayushmann Khurrana tied the knot in 2008 after dating for almost 7 years. The couple welcomed their first child, a baby boy, Virajveer, in 2012 and their daughter, Varushka, in 2014.

On the film front, Ayushmann was last featured in the comedy film Dream Girl 2. Directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, the film also starred Ananya Panday, Abhishek Banerjee, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav and Vijay Raaz in pivotal roles. Backed by Ektaa Kapoor, the flick garnered appreciation from audiences and critics.

He will be next seen sharing the screen space with Sara Ali Khan in an upcoming untitled comedy-action film. Directed by Aakash Kaushik, the movie is jointly produced by Guneet Monga’s Sikhya Entertainment and Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. The official release date of the film is not yet announced.
