Saturday's Weekend Ka Vaar was indeed special for superstar Salman Khan, who welcomed his Tiger Zinda Hai co-star Katrina Kaif on the sets of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss. But what made their meeting extra special was the worldwide release of their film's new track Dil Diyan Gallan on the show.
While unveiling the song, Katrina told audience, "This one is very close to my heart. I'm so happy that I'm launching this song here with Salman."
Dil Diyan Gallan is the perfect love song for all ages. In fact, the very opening lines of the song just leaves the listener spellbound. What comes as a plus point is Atif Aslam's voice, which brings loads of passion to the song.
Choreographed by Vaibhavi Merchant, the song highlights the love story of Salman and Katrina’s respective characters in the movie-- Tiger and Zoya. It is shot in the beautiful locations of Austria.
This is the second track from Tiger Zinda Hai after Swag Se Swagat. Shot in the picturesque Greece, the foot tapping number Swag Se Swagat has been composed by Vishal-Shekhar and written by Irshad Kamil. Sung by Vishal Dadlani and Neha Bhasin, the song promotes brotherhood, peace and embracing differences and sovereignty, but in its own unique style.
Tiger Zinda Hai is based on the real-life incident wherein 46 nurses were held hostage by ISIS in Iraq in 2014. The film is an extension of the 2012-film Ek Tha Tiger, wherein both Tiger and Zoya set out on a life-threatening joint mission.
Directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film is set to release on December 22.
