The ZEE Marathi channel features a popular serial called Sara Kahi Tichyasathi. Recently, in a short amount of time, the Khot family in this series won over the hearts of the viewers. Every member of this family, including Dada Khot and Umai, has joined the Rasikas household. Meanwhile, actress Khushboo Tawde has departed from this Television serial. She made this choice because she will soon become a mother. Pallavi Vaidya, an actress, will reportedly be brought in to take her position.
Titiksha and Khushboo Tawde, sisters who are well-known actresses in the Marathi film industry, are both featured as lead characters on the same television channel. Titiksha Tawde stars as the main character in the series Satvya Mulichi, while her sister, Khushboo Tawde, plays the lead role in Sara Kahi Tichyasathi. In the storyline of Satvya Mulichi, Titiksha’s character is portrayed as a mother of two. Meanwhile, in real life, Khushboo Tawde is expecting her first child and has decided to leave the show due to her pregnancy.
Khushboo announced her pregnancy in a video that went viral. Khushboo thanked the crew and the audience before departing, she said “Everything on Zee Marathi is for her in the serial as Uma. I’m called Umaai by all of you with love. My last day on this set is today. Uma Aai will also be acting as a genuine mother in real life, so there are a lot of conflicting emotions. To become a mother, I must bid the series farewell. Throughout my pregnancy, I worked. One year of the series has now passed. Having to say goodbye now is tough. But I received a great deal of love and gratitude over a year. The happiness you all gave me will be doubled.”
She further added “It was an amazing day to work on the serial sets while being pregnant. I am eight months pregnant now and working. At the same time last year, this series got underway. It feels quite different now, a year later, to be leaving the character and the series. I will become a mother on the one hand, but Uma must give up her motherly role on the other. But I appreciate it.”
Actress Khusboo also shared her emotions on how the crew took care of her. She said “ They looked after me well. I have never before seen a team like this. If an important character has to leave the series due to such a reason, it is worth learning from the production here how should one take care of that person. I will always be grateful to everyone. My co-star was also quite kind to me. He recognised my interests and my downtime as well as everything about me.
Khushbu also talked about who will be playing her part in the television series. “Instead of me, actress Pallavi Vaidya will portray Uma’s mother in the series. You will adore her, I’m sure, just as you adored me. Her earlier works have won the public over to her way of thinking. In this series, she will undoubtedly win your heart as well. You all will continue to adore the serial.” she added.
A few years ago, actress Khushboo Tawde wed actor Sangram Salvi in 2018. The couple has a son as well. It is Khushboo Tawde’s second time to become a mother. They both have a 3-year-old son named Raghav. They are both excited to welcome their second child soon.
Meanwhile, actress Pallavi Vaidya was seen in Aggambai Arechcha! In this Marathi movie, she made her acting debut. In this movie, she played the sister of Sanjay Narvekar. From the stage of Chala Hawa Yeu Dya, she entertained the audience with laughter for a while. She has contributed to the television shows Swarajrakshak Sambhaji and Ajunhi Barsaat Hai. She acted in Jhale Mokale Aakash and Garbh as well. Her last acting role was in the television series Tujche Me Geet Gaat Hai.
