3 Idiots' 'Librarian Dubey' Akhil Mishra's Wife Remembers Him In Emotional Note

It’s been two months since 3 Idiots fame actor Akhil Mishra left for his heavenly abode. While many of his near and dear ones still have been mourning the loss, his wife and actress Suzanne Bernert remembered the late actor with a heartfelt note on social media.

Akhil Mishra earned fame by playing the role of librarian Dubey in Aamir Khan starrer 3 Idiots. The actor breathed his last following an accident on September 21, 2023. Now, taking to X (formerly Twitter), Suzanne Bernert shared two selfies with her late husband. While the couple could be seen in traditional attire in the first photo, the second seemed from a trip where the duo could be seen donning heavy winter attires. Recalling the day, the actress mentioned that she was in Hyderabad for a shoot when the accident occurred.

In her post, Suzanne said, “Today, it’s been 2 months since you left. I still can’t believe it. My anchor, my love, my compass gone. The person I wanted to talk to the most and to spend every moment with just ripped away,”

The German actress went on to add, “I was at a shoot in Hyderabad, and I sent you pics, and you sent me. We spoke so many times that day about silly small things not knowing this is the end.”

Narrating her ordeal, Suzanne further said, “I tried to call you at 6:15 pm, not knowing you had fallen and were in the hospital… and then you were gone.”

The actress ended her note by saying, “Wherever you are, please know I loved you with all my being. Farewell to the kindest, sweetest human who influenced so many in our line of work and outside …”

Reports suggest that Akhil Mishra slipped while working in the kitchen. He was 58.
