As anticipated, the eighth season of Koffee With Karan has generated ample buzz and led to many conversations on social media. The episodes featuring Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone, Sunny Deol-Bobby Deol, Sara Ali Khan-Ananya Panday and Alia Bhatt-Kareena Kapoor Khan saw them spilling beans about their professional and personal lives and even sharing some exciting details about their romantic lives. While many have complained that the chat show has lost its old charm, it still remains one of the most talked-about shows.
As per reports, the coming episodes will treat the audiences and help them get a glimpse into the personal lives of several other celebrities like Kajol and Rani Mukerji and star kids like Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor and Agastya Nanda, up-close-and-personal.
And now, News18 Showsha has exclusively learnt about a new actor duo who would be gracing Karan Johar’s show. For the first time ever, Aditya Roy Kapur and Arjun Kapoor will be seen on the Koffee couch. “Karan believes that Aditya and Arjun will make for an interesting duo. Both the actors are extremely loved within their circle of peers. Both of them have an impeccable and witty sense of humour, so be assured that it will turn out to be one of the most hilarious episodes,” says a source.
The source further adds that the shoot of the episode is scheduled to take place on November 20 (Monday) and it’s the next episode to be shot after the one featuring Vicky Kaushal and Kiara Advani, which was filmed a couple of days ago. “Ananya officially confirmed her relationship with Aditya on the Koffee couch this season and that has created quite a stir on social media. So, it will be interesting to see what Aditya has to say about his relationship and his secret vacations with her,” the source shares.
This will mark Aditya’s fourth appearance on Koffee With Karan. Over the years, he has graced the show with Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra. Arjun, on the other hand, has been a regular on the show. There were rumours of him being appearing on this season with Ajay Devgn-Rohit Shetty or Malaika Arora. But seems like we still need to wait for a while before we get to see Arjun and Malaika sipping on some hot Koffee together.
