Kris Jenner Admits Cheating On Robert Kardashian: 'My Life's Biggest Regret'

Kris Jenner has spoken about the past infidelity with her first husband in the new episode of The Kardashians. The confession came when she sat down with daughter Khloe listening to her struggle to trust again after being “repeatedly cheated on” by her ex Tristan Thompson. The Good American founder asked her mother why she decided to cheat on her dad. That’s when Kris Jenner confessed cheating on Robert Kardashian Sr was the “biggest mistake” of her life. “What was the mindset when you cheated?” Khloe asked. Initially taken aback by the question, Kris Jenner said she was “young and dumb” and didn’t really understand the consequences of her actions at the time.

Khloe didn’t seem to be satisfied with her mom’s response and further pressed what specifically made her want to look elsewhere. The Kardashian matriarch said she doesn’t know but referred to Robert Kardashian Sr as a great husband and dad. “I think that I fell into a situation where I thought that the grass was greener somewhere else. And I made a huge mistake. That’s like my life’s biggest regret,” explained Kris. Even after their divorce, the ex-couple continued to remain best friends who helped one another and spoke on phone calls all day long. “And I did have regrets. I thought, ‘Wow, what was I thinking?'” she added.

Though Kris isn’t proud of her actions, she feels thankful for her mistake as it ended up bringing her youngest daughters Kylie and Kendall into their lives. “I’m not proud of the way that I behaved during that time, but you know what? Everything happens for a reason. I really do live my life by thinking God has a plan. And without that whole thing happening, there never would have been Kendall and Kylie,” she expressed.

Kris was married to Robert Kardashian Sr between 1978 to 1991. They share four children Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Robert Kardashian Jr. Only a month after her divorce was finalized, the Kardashian matriarch tied the knot with Caitlyn Jenner and welcomed two more daughters Kendall and Kylie. It was in 2003 when her first husband passed away due to esophageal cancer. Kris Jenner divorced Caitlyn in 2015 and her current partner is Corey Gamble.
