Disha Patani raised temperatures with her sexy look at Manish Malhotra’s Diwali party. However, not everyone was on board with her look. The actress was seen making her way to the star-studded party wearing a chocolate brown saree. Disha styled the saree with a plunging blouse and heels. She completed her look with minimal make up and open hair. While videos of her appearance have gone viral, many were unimpressed by her look. Several social media users felt that she was repeating herself.
“Pretty much the same type of clothes all the time: a bra or a blouse or a sports bra – this time draped over with a saree and other times workout tights or cargo pants – same same,” a social media user wrote. “Same look..nothing change ..same saree style,” added another. “Har baar same look hota hai ,” a third user wrote. “It always looks tacky,” a fourth user wrote.
Moments before she entered the party, Disha was seen greeting Rekha and even posing with her. For the starry night, Rekha opted for a golden and black saree with a red border. She completed her look with gold jewellery with red detailing to match the design on her saree. She wore her hair in a neat bun and in signature Rekha style, finished the look with red lipstick. The duo smiled for the camera before they made their way to the bash.
On the work front, it is reported that Disha is set to reunite with Tiger Shroff. Filmmaker Jagan Shakti confirmed to ETimes that the duo will be starring in his upcoming film, Hero No 1. Initially, Sara Ali Khan was cast for the role. Reacting to reports about Disha replacing Sara, Jagan of Mission Mangal-fame said, “Disha is the fittest and apt to do action. Sara was definitely a part of it, but unfortunately, we couldn’t match the date.”
Hero No 1 will reportedly feature two heroines. Hrithik Roshan’s cousin, Pashmina Roshan, will play Tiger’s love interest in the film. The project is an original film, not a remake or sequel of the 1997 Govinda-starrer directed by David Dhawan. The film is being produced by Jackky Bhagnani’s production house.
