Sharmila Tagore opened up about Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh’s ugly divorce in the new episode of Koffee With Karan 8. The veteran actress appeared on Karan Johar’s show with Saif to talk about Saif and the Pataudi family at length and eventually opened up about Saif and Amrita’s divorce. Sharmila said that it wasn’t a happy time for the family. She added that not only Saif but the whole family had to come to terms with losing Amrita and the kids, Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan at the time.

Karan Johar never shies away from talking about the trolling and the negativity he gets on social media. On Thursday, the filmmaker gave a befitting reply to a user who asked him to bring a ‘bahu’ home for his mother’s ‘time pass’. “Bahu laa do maa ko time pass nahi hota hoga (Bring a daughter-in-law home, your mom must be bored),” a comment on one of his recent Instagram posts read. Replying to which, Karan penned down a long note on his Instagram stories and shared that daughters-in-law should not be considered a ‘time pass’.
