During the promotion of his recent movie, Ooru Peru Bhairavakona, Sundeep Kishan encountered an awkward moment when a memer asked him unsuitable questions about his co-stars, Varsha Bollamma and Kavya Thapar. Despite continuous inappropriate questioning, Sundeep handled the situation gracefully, correcting the memer for his improper conduct.
At a press event in Hyderabad, a memer approached Sundeep with a suggestive question regarding the film’s female lead, stating, “In this movie, you did that to the heroine, didn’t you? Throughout the film, I was wondering what you did and how. It was only at the end that I understood. How did you feel doing that?”
Sundeep, though clearly made uncomfortable by the question, responded with calm refusal, advising the memer to choose another topic. He stated, “I will not entertain this question. I realize you may be joking, but it’s inappropriate. Asking questions with double meanings is not acceptable. Please ask me something else, and I will be happy to answer.”
Ignoring his warning, the memer continued, pressing, “So, you were involved with both heroines, right? Who did you prefer?”
Sundeep tried to address the memer’s line of questioning, pointing out the inappropriateness and suggesting a more respectful approach, “Is your question about whom I enjoyed acting with? It would have been better to ask directly.”
However, the individual persisted, inquiring, “Meaning you had a good time with both?” Sundeep asserted firmly, urging the person to cease asking ambiguous questions, “Please don’t act this way. Even if someone is prompting you, ignore them. We have ladies present here on stage. I’ve already requested you not to continue along these lines, yet you persist. It’s inappropriate.”
Vi Anand has helmed Ooru Peru Bhairavakona, with Razesh Danda taking on production duties and Balaji Gutta as the co-producer. The movie stars Sundeep Kishan, Kavya Thapar, Varsha Bollamma, Vennela Kishore, and Harsha Chemudu in key roles.
