Five-time world champions Australia will continue the pursuit of their sixth crown against the Netherlands in their upcoming World Cup 2023 fixture. The Aussies haven’t been their usual selves, losing both of their opening games at the marquee event in India. They lost to the hosts in their first game as Virat Kohli and KL Rahul guided India to a six-wicket win. They lost their next game to South Africa before winning their third game against Sri Lanka.

David Warner and Mitchell Marsh returned to their form as they guided Australia to a 62-run win against the Asian giants Pakistan in their last World Cup match. They will now be looking to maintain their winning momentum to secure a playoff spot at the tournament.
