The Rajasthan Police Department has officially released the admit card for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) for the recruitment of police constables. Aspiring candidates can now download their admit cards from the official website police.rajasthan.gov.in or through the Rajasthan Police Department’s login portal using their relevant credentials.

The PET/PST dates have been revised and are now scheduled for December 30, having been shifted from the initial date of December 27. This recruitment aims to fill 3578 constable positions.

Rajasthan Police Constable PET & PST 2023: How to download the admit card

Step 1: Visit the official website: police.rajasthan.gov.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, click on “Admit card for PET/PST) of Police Constable Recruitment-2023.”

Step 3: A new login page will appear.

Step 4: Fill in the login details including the application number and date of birth.

Step 5: Submit the details once you are done.

Step 6: Download the same and take a printout for future reference.

Rajasthan Police Constable PET & PST 2023: Selection Process

The recruitment process comprises a five-stage selection process aimed at identifying the most qualified candidates:

1. PET/PST: Candidates must pass the Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test.

2. Computer-Based Test (CBT): Successful candidates from the PET/PST phase will qualify for the CBT.

3. Proficiency Test: Applicable only for Drivers, Band, Mounted, and Dog Squad.

4. Document Verification: Verification of essential documents.

5. Medical Examination: Ensuring candidates meet the required health standards.

The PET round is open to both male and female candidates. A Fitness Certificate issued by a Government Medical Officer is mandatory before participating in the PET. The criteria for clearing the PET include running 5 km in 25 minutes for men and 35 minutes for women. Ex-Servicemen and Saharia candidates of Baran & SC/ST candidates of TSP Area have an allotted time of 30 minutes to cover the 5 km stretch. Each candidate has one chance to move on to the next round.

The PST round assesses height, chest, and weight parameters. The minimum height requirement for men (General & TSP area) is 168 cm, and for women (General & TSP area) is 152 cm. Saharia men of Distt. Baran has a minimum height requirement of 160 cm, and Saharia women of Distt. Baran must meet a height criterion of 145 cm. Chest measurement and expansion criteria apply to men only. For men in the General & TSP area, the chest measurement should be 81 cm without expansion and 86 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm. Men from Saharia of Distt. Baran should have a measurement of 74 cm without expansion and 79 cm with a minimum expansion of 5 cm.

Meanwhile, women in the General and TSP area must meet a minimum weight requirement of 47.5 kg, while women from Saharia of Distt. Baran should fulfill a minimum weight criterion of 43 kg.
