WATCH: Kylian Mbappe Immediately Departs to Stands After Half-Time Substitution as PSG Exit Nears
Mbappe, who was not injured, emerged from the PSG dressing room at the start of the second half in a tracksuit, smiling and talking on the phone before taking a seat in the stand to watch the remainder of the game.

Seems like Mbappe is ready to tip his hat and take his leave from Paris, as recently the Frenchman was seen seemingly all ready to leave the arena within minutes of being subbed off from the field.

The talisman striker had already informed PSG that he shall be departing from the Parc des Princes at the end of the season, with his likely next destination being Madrid.

With the Frenchman set to don the royal white of Los Blancos, PSG manager Luis Enrique has been of the mindset that PSG needs to learn how to adapt without the World Cup winner and how does one ensure that? Well, don’t play Mbappe any longer than you have to.

During last night’s Ligue 1 fixture against Monaco, which ended in a 0-0 draw, Mbappe was subbed off at the end of the first half on cue.

“It was 100 percent the coach’s decision, because sooner of later we will have to get used to playing without Kylian Mbappe,” Luis Enrique said.

“I took this decision for the good of the team.”

This is not the first instance of the Spanish manager doing so. Earlier last week, Enrique took to the press stating that the French superstar will play “when I want him”.

PSG succumbed to a measly draw at home against Rennes, in a match where the Spanish boss decided to remove Mbappe from the field in the 65th minute. But his decision would come to benefit him as substitute Goncalo Ramos went on to score the added-time penalty that would give PSG a 1-1 draw.

“When I want him to play, I’ll play him, and when I don’t, same thing,” stated Enrique.

With the imminent fate that PSG will lose the talisman forward this summer to Real Madrid, it is only understandable that the Spaniard plans to move on and figure out the best squad and course of action for them to move forward when time comes.
