Noida Residents, It’s Now Mandatory To Register Pet Dogs- How To Do It Online
To register your pet online, owners need to download the Noida Authority Pet Registration Application.

With the increase in number of dog attacks, the Noida authority introduced a new pet policy, making it mandatory for pet dog owners to register their pets.

The authority has requested all owners to complete this registration. The pet owners are required to register via Noida Authority Pet Registration Application (NAPR), which is available on both iOS and Android.

To register your pet online, owners need to download the Noida Authority Pet Registration Application. iPhone users can download the app from App Store and Android users can get this app on Google Play Store. Once you install the app, is mandatory to sign-up by providing your mobile number and name and OTP, which you will get after putting up your phone number.

After logging in, select the ‘new registration’ option available on the app’s home screen. A detailed application form for pet registration will appear. Enter all necessary information about your pet, including its name, age, breed, sex, vaccination date, and upload the required documents and photos.

After completing the application form, proceed to the payment option. Take a time to review all the terms and conditions, and then click on ‘I Agree.’ Submit your payment for the registration and retain a screenshot of the payment for your records. The annual registration fee per pet in Noida is Rs 500, payable in the month of April each year.

Under the new pet policy, it is mandatory for all pets to be vaccinated against rabies. Additionally, sterilization is required for all pet dogs. Failure to comply with this will result in a monthly penalty of Rs 2,000.

Furthermore, the new pet policy stipulates that if a pet attacks or bites a person, the pet owner is liable to pay a compensation of Rs 10,000 to the victim. The pet owner is also responsible for covering the additional costs of the victim’s treatment.
