133. Bhainsdehi is a state Assembly/Vidhan Sabha constituency in the state of Madhya Pradesh and is part of Betul (ST) Lok Sabha/Parliamentary constituency. Bhainsdehi falls in Betul district and Mahakoshal region of Madhya Pradesh. It is categorised as a rural seat.

There are a total of 2,37,263 voters in the seat, which includes 1,21,158 male voters, and 1,16,095 female voters. In the 2018 Madhya Pradesh elections, Bhainsdehi recorded a voter turnout of 84.22%. In 2013 the turnout was 76.87%, and in 2008 it was 63.31%.

In 2013, Mahendra Kesharsingh Chouhan of BJP won the seat by a margin of 13,276 votes (8.23%). Mahendra Kesharsingh Chouhan secured 48.28% of the total votes polled.

INC won this seat in the 2008 Assembly elections with a margin of 6,384 votes (5.87%), registering 44.28% of the total votes polled.
