Jamshedpur: BJP on Monday alleged that the opposition parties in Jharkhand were conspiring to destabilize the BJP-led coalition government in the state.
"The opposition parties, including JVM has no issue to raise but to oppose all good being done by the government for the sake of opposition," Amarpreet Singh Kale, Jharkhand state unit spokesman of BJP, said.
Addressing a press conference in Jamshedpur, Kale said Arjun Munda-led coalition government has taken several positive initiatives to put the state back on the path of development but the opposition parties, including Congress and JVM were criticizing the government instead of appreciating it.
In fact, the opposition camp was scared of the increasing popularity of the Arjun Munda-led government and was conspiring to destabilize it, he said.
Even if there was any differences within the parties supporting the government, they were capable enough to sort it out within the party forum, Kale replied when asked about intra-party rivalry within JMM and AJSU party, the allies in Munda-government.
When sought his reaction about former chief minister Babulal Marandi's statement that the ruling government in Jharkhand will die a premature death, Kale said such statement by leaders of Marandi stature was unexpected.
