In case of any performance fault as per the Schedule 'Performance Failure Table' in the first two years of purchase, customers will be able to get service done under warranty or maintenance.

The company plans to open 200 new service centres across India and the new policy will be applicable to all these centres.

While the device will come with an extended warranty of 2 years, accessories such as charger, data cable, headset and battery (including internal battery) will come with a 6-month warranty.
