An elderly man is currently capturing the hearts of many with his sweet rendition of Shah Rukh Khan’s song Main Koi Aisa Geet Gaoon from the movie Yes Boss. In a video circulating on social media, the elderly gentleman is seen singing passionately while also playing the guitar with ease. Seated beside a bonfire, his fingers don’t miss a beat and produce a melody that connects well with the social media users. Viewers quickly filled the comment section with admiration for the elderly musician and they not only praised his guitar skills but also his soothing voice. Since the video was shared on Instagram, the man has become a viral sensation and the video crossed over 7 million views.

The song featured in the 1997 Bollywood blockbuster holds a special place in the hearts of fans. Sung by Abhijeet Bhattacharya and Alka Yagnik, the lyrics were written by Javed Akhtar and the music was composed by Jatin Lalit. In the song, SRK’s character is seen trying to win his girl’s heart, played by Juhi Chawla, on the beautiful streets of Switzerland. For the song, Bhattacharya even won the Best Singer Award at the 43rd Filmfare Awards.

Reacting to the rendition, a user jokingly asked, “Yoo uncle you single? (Asking for someone).” Another wrote, “Uncle got a soothing voice.”

“Just imagine this men in his 1900’s,” a comment read. An individual shared, “Uncle must have dated many girls in his time.”

Another added, “Damn that hit my heart.” One more wrote, “Ok uncle now I want to be your student.”

Interestingly, on his Instagram and YouTube channels, named Guitar with Ghouse, the man has more such videos and he even offers free guitar lessons to his audience. In a recent Q&A session on Instagram, the 76-year-old man behind the viral guitar performances revealed that he lives in Bangalore and has been playing the guitar since 1968. He stated that his love for music began from his childhood days and initially, he started with the Mandolin and later started learning guitar.
