Man Inks Delhi's Vada Pav Girl's Face On His Arm. Internet Says, 'This Is Why Education Is Important'
It begins with a man going to a tattoo parlour and asking the receptionist to ink Vada Pav Girl's face on his arm, along with the phrase "Big Boss Winner".

If you are not living under a rock, you may have heard about Chandrika Gera Dixit aka Vada Pav Girl. Instead of flipping Maharashtra’s famous fluffy buns, she is currently cooking up some drama on Bigg Boss OTT. She first rose to fame after a video of her selling vada pavs at a Delhi stand in Sainik Vihar whilst getting into a street brawl went viral. But the big twist is that one of her dedicated “fans” believed it was a great idea to permanently etch her face onto his skin. While most of her fans would have settled for a signature or a selfie, this individual had her face tattooed on his arm.

The tattoo footage has been uploaded on Instagram. It begins with a man going to a tattoo parlour and asking the receptionist to tattoo Dixit’s face on his arm, along with the phrase “Big Boss Winner”. According to the user, Chandrika Gera Dixit motivated the man while he was unemployed. He views Dixit as his “guru,” and he opened a vada pav business by taking her lead.

The video amassed over 10 million views on Instagram.

A user commented with an iconic Jolly LLB dialogue, “Kaun hain ye log? Kahaan se aate hain ye? (Who are these people? Where do they come from?)”

Another user said, “Isse achha vada pav ka tattoo bana deta. (It would have been better to get a vada pav tattoo.)”

“That’s why education is much needed,” read another comment.

Yet another stated, “Bro will regret a lot.”

A user said, “Just gonna delete Instagram.”

JioCinema started broadcasting the third season of the reality show, which actor Anil Kapoor is hosting, on June 21. Chandrika Gera Dixit said on the show that she earns Rs 40,000 per day from selling vada pavs.

The Indian Express claims that Chandrika Dixit gained enormous popularity overnight after food YouTuber Amit Jindal posted a video of her serving Vada Pav. Dixit informed Jindal of details of her child’s dengue virus diagnosis, prompting her to leave her work at Haldiram’s.

Her passion for cooking, she said, inspired her to start the food cart, and her husband, who was employed by the bike-taxi aggregator Rapido, had difficulty managing inconsistent work schedules.
