Many young kids are picky eaters who do not like eating complex food or enjoy dishes that require an acquired taste. This is why kids usually stick to simple foods like cereals, porridge, or plain fruits. However, now a video is going viral that shows a young girl enjoying a range of luxurious food that often requires an advanced taste palate to appreciate it. The toddler is seen relishing dishes like steak tartare, caviar, fried octopus dish, shrimp cocktail, wagyu beef, and escargot amongst other dishes. This video compilation was posted by travel influencer Bruna Fava. So far, it has gathered over 4.2 lakh likes since it was posted on February 3.
While sharing the wholesome video of her daughter Bruna, who has over six lakh Instagram followers, wrote, “She is going to have a palette of a 3-star Michelin Chef Have you tried all those foods?”

This video quickly gathered over five thousand comments. Many people expressed awe that such a young child got to experience the best cuisines from around the whole. People also praised Bruna Fava for exposing her kid to diverse cuisine and argued that it would make the girl a more curious person and expand her taste palate.
An Instagram user wrote, “She will have a great palette and her dinner dates will be expensive. It’s great that she’s introduced to a variety.” Another asserted, “You are an amazing mother. My mother and father made sure that my sister and I ate like that too growing up. I think it is horrible when people feel kids should eat lower-quality food just because they are kids. You are setting a high standard for your daughter and she will grow to love and appreciate you for that. God bless your family.”
However, a few people also criticised the mother for allegedly feeding her kid food that is not appropriate or healthy for young kids. Making this point, an Instagram user wrote, “Feeding steak tartare to a toddler is so idiotic. Young children, pregnant women and the immune compromised shouldn’t eat raw meat.” Another casted doubt on the ‘authenticity’ of the video and wrote, “She 100 percent did not like all of that food. I can film any child for .5 seconds with an oyster in front of them too.”
In response to the negative comments, an Instagram user mentioned, “I never seen so many adults hating a child for having an advanced palette. I’ve traveled almost all over the world and seen children eating like this. Meanwhile back in the U.S kids are eating unhealthy processed food that’s not even allowed in other countries, because of the chemicals.”
